The platform stores account details, tutor profiles, subjects, booking activity, calendar references, uploaded tutor media, and payment identifiers needed to run tutoring sessions.
How data is used
Information is used to authenticate users, list tutors, manage bookings, process payments, create lesson records, support calendar invitations, and resolve support cases.
Payments
Payments are handled through PayPal. The platform stores payment references and booking status, but does not store full card details.
Tutor visibility
Approved tutor profiles may display tutor names, profile descriptions, subjects, rates, ratings, images, and other profile details submitted by the tutor.
Access and retention
Administrative data is available to authorized platform operators. Records may be retained while needed for bookings, payment history, support, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and business records.
