How do I book a tutor?
Open a tutor profile, choose a subject and time, and complete payment through PayPal. Once payment is captured, the booking is confirmed.
How do tutors get approved?
New tutor profiles stay pending until the owner reviews and approves them from the admin dashboard.
What happens if a lesson is missed?
Missed confirmed lessons can be reviewed by the owner from the admin dashboard, including tutor and student details for follow-up.
Why are there no tutors yet?
Tutors appear after they sign up, complete a profile, and are approved by the platform owner.
How do I reset my password?
Use the forgot password page to contact support. Automated email reset links require an email provider and will be added when mail delivery is configured.
